samba - Sep 2002 - My Epson worked a while ago ,but not after installing samba

My Epson worked a while ago ,but not after installing samba.
I'am using Cups 1.1 and samba 2.2.5 and have made this share for the
printer.

The printer says all the time processing 2 3% done
And I have reinstalled the cups rpms (cups and the cups-devel)
but when I get to the cups web page at the localhost, the same info is
the still there although I've reinstalled the rpm.
I dont know how I can start from scratch and flush the site.
I have tried to remove the rpms but that has never worked for me,
