Yes, you can get admin access. This is a standard thing that has happened
with NT upwards - you need to log on as a Local Administrator and add the
DOMAIN\Domain Users to the Administrators group. I have no idea where this
is in 2K/XP, but in all likelihood it's somewhere in the Control Panel. In
NT it's Administrative Tools -> User Manager.
