samba - Aug 2000 - Timestamps

Anyone knows how to keep coherent timestamps on files put on a Samba share?
 
We are experiencing strange results if trying to do that. We would like to
be sure that the timestamp of the files put on that share matches exactly
the time of the file under NT4 or the time the file was put there. For the
moment, it is not the case (although from time to time they seem to match).

Yup, Samba does that: have a look at
