Rails - Feb 2013 - Ruby on Rails developer opportunity

Hello. We currently have an opportunity for a R-o-R developer to support an 
existing photo database. The time frame is from now until the end of June 
and the budget is 200 hours. The candidate has to be a U.S. citizen. Please
