Rails - Jan 2007 - what is the Admin Console repository

hi,

I try to access the page http://trac.visualjquery.com/admin_console and 
this repository 
http://svn.visualjquery.com/admin_console/trunk/admin_console/vendor/plugins/admin_console/
and i can''t.

How i can install the plugin?
