Spam is not an easy problem to fix, that''s why it''s still
around. Do
you honestly think if Google could make it go away they wouldn''t
proceed with all due haste?
The problem is that spam is still profitable. Inexperienced internet
users are still clicking on the links in the emails. There will
always be inexperienced internet users, not even Google can "fix"
that.
