I have recently installed rails 1.1.6 . WEBrick starts like normal but
does not respond to cntrl-c ; manually killing the process is a must.
Interstingly, if I start WEBrick and immediately hit port 3000 w/ an
HTTP request, there is about a 75% chance that the process *does*
respond to crntl-c . This behavior has been consistent across both
ruby 1.8.2 and 1.8.4 . Any suggestions?
