They all do. The amount is always authorized in the local currency,
and the conversion is done at the time of settlement. Some third
party billing companies can display different currencies on their
order pages, but what they display is not tied to what amount will
actually be settled, it''s just for looks. If the rate changes, so
will the amount settled.
