hi plz bare with me, although i have some programing experience(icluding 
a very small amount of ruby) but i am new to rails

1st this bit???

where is this rails server im on dreamhost mayB this is a question more 
apropriate on a dreamhost forum??

didnt create public/stylesheets/scaffold.css ???
