Just actually came across something just like this, based on the docs anyways. Haven''t installed it yet, but sounds promising. There''s no helper, but you can include any Javascript you want in
your rhtml.
Of course, if you have very short tooltips, don''t use Javascript,
just use the Title attribute with your hrefs.

Hi Ben, you could use also the yahoo ui library - as far as I know there are tooltips wrapped in an easy usuable format.
