Rails - Jul 2006 - Source code missing for "Agile Web Development with Rails"

Hi,

I purchased the first edition of "Agile Web Development with Rails"
and
it says the source code shown in the book is available on 
http://pragmaticprogrammer.com/titles/rails .  However, I can''t find
it.
Does anyone know where I can get the code from?

Off the the lower right hand corner of the picture of the cover is a
"Looking for the first edition?" link.  Click that, then the
"Code" link
(further up next to the cover) on the resulting page.
