Hi Guys, Firstly, I am by no means an expert with Ruby on Rails, I have been making my way through the Agile Web development book. Anyway, I am writing as I see that there are a couple of meetings going around the world with folks meeting to talk about rails, so I was wondering if anyone is currently meeting in Japan? One of the things I would be interested in helping with in ruby is the Internationalis(z)ation I see there is some information at, wiki.rubyonrails.com/rails/pages Internationalization. Brent.

Can you be more specific? Here is one group that meets from time to time in Tokyo: pub.cozmixng.org/~the-rwiki/rw-cgi.rb?cmd=view;name=RHG%C6%C9%BD%F1%B2%F1 The next event is planned for 2005-10-22. For those in Kansai there is a study group: jp.rubyist.net/?KansaiWorkshop6 Finally, each issue of the Rubyist Magazine has an events section that you can check: jp.rubyist.net/magazine I am sure there are more, but I hope this helps as a starter! Cheers, Zev Blut
