Rails - Oct 2005 - Folks in Japan.

Hi Guys,

Firstly, I am by no means an expert with Ruby on Rails, I have been  
making my way through the Agile
Web development book. Anyway, I am writing as I see that there are a  
couple of meetings going around the
world with folks meeting to talk about rails, so I was wondering if  
anyone is currently meeting in Japan?
One of the things I would be interested in helping with in ruby is  
the Internationalis(z)ation I see there

There are lots of cities in Japan.  Can you be more specific?
