Rails - Jul 2005 - undefined method `rewrite' error.

Hello,

I have a simple form with one field: URL.  When I submit the form, I
get an error:
undefined method `rewrite'' for
"http://www.someurl.com":String.  I am
not saving the form value in the DB, I am just looking at the content.

What am I doing wrong?
