wanted: people with passion who want to build great things
Hello all, The goal is to build a great company that builds great products. Our first project is a rails-based business application. We want to build the antidote to complex business software. Stuff people can use with 5 minutes of setup. Stuff that people just love because it does just what they need without sucking the life out of them (money, time, frustration). We are looking for one(1) rails developer to work with our front-end designer/coder. This is a part-time paid position. We are looking for that balance between complete newbie and seasoned coder/lecturer-on-all-things-rails. All members of the team have so far signed up to defer a portion of their compensation until after the site goes live. You should know that I am financing this application with my own blood, sweat, and dollars. I am hoping that the same passion that drives me also attracts you to this project. Please let me know if it does. Regards, Jason Pace (Select Methods, LLC) Atlanta, GA USA

You might find you need to narrow the focus a bit, though.> We are looking for one(1) rails developer to work with our front-end > designer/coder. This is a part-time paid position. I''d be willing to discuss either deferring a portion of the compensation or perhaps an interest in the business. Either way, I''d have to see a solid plan for the direction of the business.> You should know that I am financing this application with my own > blood, sweat, and dollars. If you send me some more info on the business in general and this project in specific, I''ll be more than happy to put together a resume for you; and we can see if we''d be a good fit. -- Regards, John Wilger ----------- Alice came to a fork in the road.
