I''ve looked everywhere [except the right place], but I can''t find where to change WEBbrick from listening to port 3000 to port 80. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks Neville _______________________________________________ Rails mailing list Rails-1W37MKcQCpIf0INCOvqR/iCwEArCW2h5@public.gmane.org http://lists.rubyonrails.org/mailman/listinfo/rails
The scripts/server bit has an option right there that says port 3000 or something like that. Neville Burnell wrote:> > thats it ... for future reference > > ruby scripts\server -p 80If you do not care to have to type this extra bit every time you start the server, you can also go change the file scripts\server so that the default port is 80. (Be sure to change the help text, too.) JGB
