I think these are the generic one, they > provide a fallback.I have those same four. But right now also atlas and openblas (and this in pthreads and openmp versions), and I don't build in a chroot (it is just for my own consumption). So this is the source of the differences: these extra ones are picked (and then BLAS_LIBS set to "-lwhatever") before the generic ones. Memory is fuzzy and no ECC in my wetware :) but as I seem to recall it had to do with my fears over filenames not being standardized enough / this interfering with the update-alternatives mechanism.
