R help - Aug 2009 - line plot

How can I draw a barplot, but instead of bars, I'd get lines?

Dear Rafael,
Here is a suggestion using plot():

set.seed(123)
x <- rpois(100,10)
plot(table(x))

Do you mean a dotchart?
Example
