R help - Nov 2006 - Draw overlap ellipse in R

Dear list,

I am trying to plot 4 overlapping ellipse showing the overlap among 4 data 
sets. Could any one suggest how to make this plot with R?

did you try package cluster? Or maybe chull and polygon can give you 
some starting point.
