Dear Xin Meng,
This output presumably was produced by summarizing an object produced by aov().
The trick to figuring out what you want to do is to examine the structure of the
summary object (say, sumry), via str(sumry). In this case sumry[["Error:
Within"]][[1]]$"F value"[1] should do what you want.
