Look at the SUPPORT dataset at
http://hesweb1.med.virginia.edu/biostat/s/data
This is one of my favorite dataset for teaching because it has lots of
predictors some of which have missing values and it has several types of
response variables -
- binary (death in hospital)
- survival time
- ordinal (functional status at 2 months)
- continuous (hospital costs)
All see the titanic3 dataset which has missing values for some of the ages of
the Titanic passengers. I do multiple imputation for that variable in
Regression Modeling Strategies (Springer, 2001). The response is binary
(surviving the disaster).
