Hello, I would like to apply BAGGING to classification tree. Does a package exists on that method? In advance I thank you for your answer and I am looking forward to hearing from you . The randomForest package might help. (You'll need to pay attention to the "mtry" variable so you can make the algorithm check every variable at every time.) Hope this helps. That highly depends on your platform! Go to http://cran.r-project.org/ and if you use Windows, you will need to binary zip file. If you use Linux/Unix...etc, you will need to source file.> From: Nabil Channouf <channoun at IRO.UMontreal.CA> > Date: 2002/08/06 Tue PM 01:30:21 GMT+12:00 > To: R-help at stat.math.ethz.ch > Subject: [R] help > > Dear Madam/Sir, > I'm actually using R for statistical medeling in simulation and i may use the > package of splines. Whoops, the splines is part of R when you installed it. You should be able to use it by typing: library(splines) in R> > From: Nabil Channouf <channoun at IRO.UMontreal.CA> > Date: 2002/08/06 Tue PM 01:30:21 GMT+12:00 > To: R-help at stat.math.ethz.ch > Subject: [R] help > > Dear Madam/Sir, > I'm actually using R for statistical medeling in simulation and i may use the > package of splines.
