It looks like you need a -lRmath in the cc command line to specify the
library to link. Also make sure /usr/local is listed in /etc/ld.so.conf; if
not add it and run ldconfig as root to update.

Subject: [R] nmath standalone
Dear all,
I'm trying to use the as a standalone package the nmath sources.
In R-1.4.1/src/nmath/standalone, in linux operating system I made 'make
shared' to obtain libRmath.so. then I copied the dir standalone, where
there is libRmath.so in /usr/local.
I tried to compile test.c with cc test.c but I obtain this error message
/tmp/ccsTxu7U.o: In function `main':
/tmp/ccsTxu7U.o(.text+0x20): undefined reference to `qnorm5'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
What is it wrong ?
As always thanks in advance,
Paola.
