Hello I run R 1.4.1 on a Windows XP. I have downloaded and installed the tools from http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/Rtools/tools.zip. I also installed MinGW-1.1 and perl as recommanded at http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/Rtools/. When I run ...\bin\Rcmd SHLIB hello.cc I got message "/bin/sh.exe" file not exist. I have put unzipped tools.zip at C:\bin and added the path to the system enviroment PATH. Can anyone help me? Then you have to create the /bin directory on the identical one (here d:).
