If you explain what radar track data is (for those like me who don't know)
and what your needs are more specifically a number of people would probably
offer pointers to R packages etc.

I am sorry to bother you with an applications question. I work for the FAA
and have need to smooth radar track data. Seems that all the smoothing
techniques assume functional data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
