Thanks for all (7-8 people) who replied. It seems that the most ready to use solution is the ROC package written by (my friend) Vincent J. Carey available at http://biowww.dfci.harvard.edu/~bioconductor/ I have used it for two hours without problem except the PlotROC function is missing.
