OK, so installation was successful.

Just open a new document, write some code and send it to R,
e.g. press ALT+l to send a line, ALT+p to send marked text or ALT+s to
source() the current file into R. The shortcuts can also be accessed in
the menu.
Note: As a default setting, RGui.exe has to be started in MDI mode at
first (and don't has to be minimized - known but unsolvable bug). R
won't be started by WinEdt!
