Dear All, I tried installing (actually, upgrading) R to 1.0.1 using the binary on CRAN for SuSE 6.3 and I got the following error: "unpacking of archive failed: cpio: Bad magic"; then I checked the packages signature (using gnorpm) and got: "md5 sum does not match signature". There really seems to be an error with the rpm.
