To whom it may concern: Has anyone ported Pinheiro and Bates' Nonlinear mixed effects package to R for Windows? If so, please let me know if I can have access to it. If so, please let me know if I can have access to it.The lme part has been ported to R. You can find a windows version on CRAN (look under "Binaries for various operating systems") http://www.ci.tuwien.ac.at/R/mirrors.html I understand that a full nlme port is difficult due to R/S differences.
