Pkg xen devel - Nov 2008 - How to compile the debian xen kernel?

Hi!

I would have love to participate in the dev of the Debian Xen kernel, as
my company (GPLHost) is quite involved in Xen, Debian and hosting. I was
quite happy to see that there is now support for dom0 kernel in Lenny.

Now the only thing is that I didn't find the way you guys are using to
compile the Debian Xen kernel, and didn't find any doc about it either.
Where can I find such doc, or how do I compile your kernel work (so I
can integrate drivers for my e1000e and wifi 5300 on my thinkpad t500
laptop)?
