Nut upsdev - Apr 2006 - APC Smart-UPS 1000RM issues with newhidups

Peter, if you're back, I was wondering if you might have a chance to look 
into the issues I reported last month.  I'm back to using hidups right now, 
but I would prefer to use a current, maintained driver.  Thanks!

Yup, I am back. I haven't yet had time to look seriously at those
issues. I missed 148 messages on the nut mailing lists (31 on
newhidups) in March and early April, so it is a bit of a daunting task
to attack those. But it's on my to-do list. -- Peter
