dovecot - Oct 2014 - [Pigeonhole] Problem compiling latest snapshot

http://hg.rename-it.nl/dovecot-2.2-pigeonhole/rev/a1e57385b267

added the use of update-version.sh, but this file and is-tagged.py are not 
included in Pigeonhole, only in Dovecot sourcecode. Therefore pigeonhole-
version.h is not generated during compilation leading to a compile error:

../../../../src/lib-sieve/sieve-config.h:8:32: fatal error: pigeonhole-
version.h: No such file or directory
 #include "pigeonhole-version.h"
