dovecot - Oct 2014 - An easy fix for "dovecot.map.index corrupted: map_uid=xxxx refcount too low"?

Is there an easy way of "fixing" these?

If they don't fix themselves .. I think the easiest is to access the mailbox
with a newer Dovecot version (you could build v2.2 to /tmp/dovecot or
something). For example read the mailbox with doveadm.
