dovecot - Oct 2014 - Where can I find change logs/release notes for Dovecot EE releases?

I searched for them and haven't come across them yet. Could any point me 
in the right direction? Specifically the Ubuntu 12.04 package notes if 
they're split out.

On a Debian based system you should find them in
/usr/share/doc/dovecot-ee-core/chagnelog.gz

On a Redhat based system it is
/usr/share/doc/dovecot-ee-<version>/ChageLog
