1. I have found the boot image for USB drives or floppies but I want to make my
pen drive Install CD 1. I have looked around and the closest thing I have found
is a how to for Debian but I can't seem to figure out how to adapt it to

You might want to use the server cd as the base.
Should be do-able. Add a second partition with the files from CD and do a hard
drive install, using the drive that the usb drive detects as.
