Hi, I've downloaded for a demo, a P0S3-08-12.zip file which is suppose to work with 7960. Is it supposed to be the same file that the one needed to 7942 model ? You can download the correct SIP software from Cisco, but are required to have the correct licensing and SmartNet coverage. -Jonathan
