asterisk users - Jun 2005 - SIP connection

I need help to make a conection form FWD to my pbx, I can receive a call from
PSTN for a FXo card but know I need to receive call via IP form FWD I have
activate hte IAX on freeworlddialup but does not work I can't make or
receive calls. I virtually new in this can please somebody help me.
