Perhaps, other equipments also make the same but I don't know anything about it. B channel restarts are common and not indicitave of equipment problems. This operation was added to Asterisk to emulate existing PBXes which do this to try and work around their own bugs. As someone else already said, you can say "resetinterval=never" and Asterisk won't do this. -A.
