Hello Everyone, I'm trying to add a Park Button to Cisco 7960G phones connected to an Asterisk box. Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm concerned that our customer will not understand that they have to dial #700 to park a call. Are there programmable softkeys in the Cisco SIP software?
