How can Asterisk be configured to execute some number of dialplan commands when it is started or restarted? I want to be able to populate the registry (using DBPut() commands) to store some information each time Asterisk starts. Such information could, of course, be stored in a database and perhaps that will be the long term objective. In the meantime I'm hoping that it is possible to use the built-in database and be able to run some kind of "autostart" context. Does such a facility exist? Bill Seddon

Haven't tried, but should easily work. Let me know, how it works. rgds pos
