R help - Mar 2006 - SuperParamagnetic Clustering

I would like to know if the "SuperParamagnetic Clustering" method
(Blatt
M., Domany E., Wiseman S.: "Data Clustering using a model granular
magnet". Neural Computation 9 (1997)) is available in R. If yes,what is
the package which would contain this program ?
