R help - Jun 2009 - Rattle: Trouble opening .csv files

I am a novice R user and recently installed Rattle primarily for the
decision tree functionality.

 

I immediately run into problems trying to open a .csv file from the
"Data" tab. 

 

The error message I get in my "R" log window is:

 

Error in if (crv$load.tooltips) loadTooltips() : 

  argument is of length zero

 

Help would be appreciated.

Hi James,

I'm assuming this might be on MS/Windows? Could you try:
> install.packages("rattle",
repos="http://rattle.togaware.com")
This beta may have fixed that problem. Let me know how you go.
