Rails - Jan 2006 - Route my.psyguide.org to www.psyguide.org/myguide?

Hi all

Is it possible to map a subdomain using routes?

I''d like to map the URL

my.psyguide.org

to the URL

www.psyguide.org/myguide

Is this possible somehow without tweaking several server settings?
