I do not understand your question.
Are you trying to install the RWinEdt package, which acts as a plug in
for WinEdt to support writing R code, or do you want to put code somehow
into WinEdt? Note that WinEdt only creates simple text files, and there
is no definition of a "WinEdt file", as far as I know.
