R help - May 2005 - R for HTS data analysis

Hello,
I am looking for any packages, tutorials, documents,... about the use of R for
the analysis of HTS data.

Define HTS please -- if you mean HCS/HTS, then there are a few
packages in BioConductor which will help (prada, rflowcyt).
