I need help computing model-predicted estimated marginal means of the dependent
variable in the cells defined by the fixed factors, including interactions. By
estimated marginal means, I just mean cell means collapsed over all other
factors and adjusted for the mean values of other covariates in the model.
Basically, I need an lme() analog of the model.tables() function for an aov()
object. model.tables() does not work for lme() fits. Does anyone know if there
is a equivalent model.tables() for lme?
