Hallo Francisco, you have to debug your function. If you want to go stepwise through it use debug(functionname) and then functionname(all the arguments). If you know, that the first part of your function is propper, set a browser() after this part and start your function like every day. If R reach this statement, it will switch into the debug mode. Hi, I'm woring on some "interval data" obtained from sampling (i.e., something like the results returned by cut() on continuous valued data). I'm looking for a package to operate on such data, for example computing the mean, the (empirical) cumulative distribution function, histograms and the like. Evidently should't be that difficult to write those functions myself, but I'm wondering if something similar has already been developed.
