The driver probably has some assumption/bug that it gets away with on native but
fails under Xen.
It''s worth comparing the output against a native 2.6.12 boot to find
the point where the messages from the driver diverge, and then start working
backwards to see what''s going on. A common problem is the driver making
assumptions that memory pages will be machine contiguous when they
shouldn''t. You could use a debug=y build of Xen to try and provoke this
failure more dramatically.
BTW: what make/model of machine does this HBA come with?
