Rails - Apr 2006 - FPDF and charset

Hi,
I have a little question (that''s why I post ;)
How I can use Fpdf Libraries and view accentued character (?, ?..) which 
is in a mysql table ? I have this problem with Windows (not with Ubuntu 
=)
