Xen users - Apr 2007 - can not install ANY guests - getting Error (22, Invalid Argument)

Greetings!

I''m unable to install ANY OS as a xen guest.
I always get Error: (22, ''Invalid argument)
I''v attempted Solaris 10, Windows 2003 server and WinXP Pro 64 bit.
Nothing works!
I''m running OpenSuse 10.2 , Xen 3.0.4, AMD Athlon 4200+ with 3 GB of  
RAM.
Could somebody, please, help!
